Head Fragrance Evaluation

About the role

A successful Head Evaluator/Perfumer should have: A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. Extensive experience in fragrance creation and formulation. Opportunity to lead a critical function at the forefront of fragrance innovation. Leadership role with strong visibility and direct reporting to senior management (COO).

What you'll do

• Work closely with key customers consumer globally
• Define and execute fragrance evaluation and category strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Drive innovation pipelines and lead fragrance programs across key categories including Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance, and Air Care
• Lead end-to-end fragrance evaluation from brief to commercialisation, ensuring strong alignment with market and consumer expectations
• Translate customer briefs and consumer insights into clear fragrance strategies and creative direction, partnering closely with perfumers
