Head HR

About the role

Looking for Head HR with 10+ years of experience who is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within an organization. They develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will be working closely with and reporting to the Founder. They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or has a notice period of less than 30 days.

What you'll do

• Lead the entire gamut of HR practices, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness
• Manage Key HR processes, including payroll inputs, recruitment, onboarding, HR metrics, and benefits administration, Employee Engagement
• Lead the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding for both campus and lateral positions
• Collaborate with HODs to develop and execute job descriptions for recruitment requirements
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, by integrating luxury and personalization into onboarding/orientation programs
