About the role

Sound understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and employment practices. Proven track record of building scalable HR processes, policies and SOPs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables and dashboards. Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the complete people function for a fast-scaling wellness business
• Partner directly with founders and leadership to shape culture and performance
• Lead the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
• Own end-to-end talent acquisition across leadership, corporate, technical and operational roles
• Build robust sourcing, assessment and selection processes to improve hiring quality and turnaround
