Head HR - Real Estate Developer (Industrial & Logistics)

About the role

Strengthen and institutionalise HR policies, frameworks and processes The successful applicant will come with 15-20 years of experience in HR with strong exposure as a hands-on, strategic HR generalist Will have a background in a real estate developer / asset-led environment (clear preference for non-advisory setups)

• Drive the overall HR strategy and culture agenda aligned with business growth
• Partner closely with leadership to build and scale a high-performance organisation
• Lead talent strategy, including hiring, employer branding and leadership pipeline building
• Oversee core HR areas: performance, rewards, engagement, and retention
• Scale HR systems to ensure efficiency, governance and compliance
