About the role

RMS Strategy & Transformation Define and execute the organization's HRMS roadmap aligned to business scaling needs. System Ownership & Governance Own end-to-end lifecycle management of HR systems (Core HR, payroll, PMS, LMS, ATS, etc.). Vendor & Stakeholder Management Evaluate, onboard, and manage HRMS vendors and implementation partners.

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale HR tech transformations, including system upgrades, migrations, or greenfield implementations
• Drive adoption of digital tools to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency
• Ensure data integrity, system controls, and compliance across all HR platforms
• Establish governance frameworks for system usage, integrations, and enhancements
• Collaborate closely with HR COEs, IT teams, and business leadership to ensure system alignment with evolving needs
