Head- HRSS and Transformation - GCC

About the role

Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-country HR transformation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Deep understanding of HR Shared Services operating models and the relationship between COEs, HRBPs, People Services and technology. Significant knowledge of HR technology ecosystems, ideally including enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday and surrounding digital/service-management technologies.

What you'll do

• Create a new global capability and partner with senior leaders worldwide
• Lead the global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) transformation agenda across multiple markets
• Drive HR process standardisation, governance and operating model excellence
• Build and lead a team of Global Process Owners (GPOs)
• Own end-to-end process design, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
