About the role

To lead the organisation's HR function, partnering with the MD, Promoters and senior leadership to drive talent, organisation effectiveness and people strategy. The role will strengthen HR systems, culture and workforce capabilities across corporate, sales and manufacturing operations while supporting sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end HR function and advise the MD, Promoters and leadership team
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development
• Strengthen performance management, rewards and employee engagement
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing and Corporate functions on workforce and people priorities
• Oversee HR policies, processes, HRMS and people analytics
