What you'll do

• Develop and implement legal policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Establish and monitor compliance systems to ensure adherence to Indian and international pharmaceutical regulations
• Act as Board Secretary and oversee corporate governance, board processes, and statutory compliance
• Advise senior leadership on legal risks, strategic transactions, licensing, partnerships, and regulatory matters
• Lead litigation and dispute resolution matters while managing relationships with regulators and external legal counsel
