About the role

Responsible for Managing legal disputes and litigation matters related to retail banking operations. Managing relationships with external legal firms and vendors to ensure the bank receives high-quality legal services when required. Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with retail banking activities and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

What you'll do

• Ensuring that all retail banking activities, products, and services offered by the bank are in full compliance with applicable laws & regulations
• Responsible for Managing legal disputes and litigation matters related to retail banking operations
• Managing relationships with external legal firms and vendors to ensure the bank receives high-quality legal services when required
• Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with retail banking activities and developing strategies to mitigate these risks
• Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures specific to retail banking that align with legal requirements and best practices

What you need
