Head Liaison - PAN India Hospitals

About the role

12-18+ years of experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs, statutory approvals, or infrastructure development. Proven track record of securing licences, permits, NOCs, and statutory clearances for large-scale projects within defined timelines. Experience managing regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance requirements with minimal non-compliance observations.

What you'll do

• Lead regulatory and government engagement with municipal authorities, statutory bodies, and key government stakeholders to support project approvals
• Drive timely acquisition, renewal, and management of licences, permits, NOCs, and other statutory clearances for healthcare projects
• Ensure all regulatory approvals are secured before project commissioning and operational launch
• Coordinate and facilitate external inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews, ensuring complete documentation and compliance readiness
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements, healthcare infrastructure norms, building codes, and environmental regulations to mitigate compliance risks
