What you'll do
- Business Growth Own the marketing-led B2C growth plan across centres, territories and customer segments
- Drive growth in patient footfall, home collection, health packages, memberships and digital bookings
- Create focused recovery and growth plans for underperforming centres and markets
- Digital, Acquisition and Customer Lifecycle Lead performance marketing, SEO, website/app growth, CRM and digital customer journeys
- Improve customer acquisition, enquiry-to-booking conversion and revenue across key touchpoints
