Head of Accounting Operations

About the role

The Accounting Operations Head is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations for the parent company and its subsidiaries. This role ensures financial reporting excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous optimization of accounting processes to support strategic business decisions.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations for the parent company and its subsidiaries
• Oversee all accounting operations, including Revenue, Expense, General Ledger, and Bank Accounting functions
• Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements for the parent company and subsidiaries in compliance with PFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
