About the role

The Head of Admissions will be responsible for developing and executing admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets. This role requires a strong background in B2C sales, team leadership, conversion optimization, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience leading admissions or sales teams in the education, EdTech, or K-12 sector.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to maximize productivity and conversions
• Monitor and improve the complete admissions funnel—from lead generation to student enrollment
• Design and implement sales processes, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Analyze admissions data, conversion ratios, and sales reports to improve team performance
