Head of Application - Policy Servicing (PLUK)

About the role

This position is responsible for having a thorough awareness of the company's system landscape, system architecture, and related business processes to ensure that all technical deliverables are in accordance with the standards and expectations set by the business stakeholders. This role is also responsible for interacting with the regional platform team to help ensure delivery of the regional platform for the company.

What you'll do

• Head software engineering team on the areas of Policy Servicing, covering all the applications used in this area
• Analyze current technology trends, regional technology roadmap, and internal company’s current technology state and design for future convergence and sustainability
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates. Prepare the technical specification and maintain the changes
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for servicing platforms (policy servicing, renewals, etc.)
• Drive digital transformation and automation in customer servicing journeys
