About the role

Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Certifications, Events & Engagement will be responsible for driving the growth, effectiveness, and market relevance of the organization's certification and engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Leading the strategy, operations, and growth of the certification ecosystem
• Using data and insights to improve conversion, engagement, and retention outcomes
• Building and executing engagement programs for professionals, students, academic institutions, and corporate partners
• Designing and delivering industry events, conferences, workshops, webinars, and professional development initiatives
• Strengthening stakeholder networks and fostering an active professional community
