About the role

This senior leadership role combines technology expertise with service ownership, digital transformation, enterprise architecture alignment, security and compliance, vendor governance, and employee adoption. The successful candidate will shape how colleagues collaborate, communicate, automate work, and benefit from AI-enabled Microsoft technologies across a global enterprise.

What you'll do

• Define and deliver the global Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and digital workplace strategy and roadmap
• Own collaboration services including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Forms, Loop, Bookings
• Lead Power Platform governance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio, including environment strategy, DLP, connector governance
• Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, information lifecycle, external collaboration, licensing
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define target-state architecture, technology standards, integration patterns, platform guardrails, solution design principles
