About the role

Acting as the key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters. 8-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, or Governance functions. Prior experience within lending-focused organisations, banks, NBFCs, or regulated financial services environments.

What you'll do

• Lead regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management programs
• Drive compliance excellence across business and regulatory functions
• Leading the organisation's compliance framework and regulatory governance programs
• Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, regulatory guidelines, and applicable financial services regulations
