About the role

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for leading and strengthening the organisation's compliance framework, including: Acting as the primary compliance leader for all regulatory and governance matters. A successful candidate for this role should have: CA, CS, LLB, MBA, or other relevant professional qualification.

What you'll do

• Own compliance and regulatory governance for a fintech platform
• Lead governance and compliance while partnering with founders
• Driving compliance with RBI regulations, payment industry guidelines, and applicable financial services regulations
• Leading regulatory interactions and managing relationships with RBI and other relevant regulatory bodies
• Advising founders and senior leadership on regulatory developments and potential business impacts

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
