About the role

12-20 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or Decision Science. Proven experience leading large teams, including people managers. Expertise across risk analytics, collections, fraud, marketing and customer analytics. Educational background from a leading engineering or quantitative institution preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise analytics across risk, fraud, growth & collections
• Build and scale a high-impact data science organisation
• Lead Data Science and Analytics teams across Risk, Fraud, Collections and Growth
• Develop predictive models for customer acquisition, propensity and portfolio management
• Partner with business, product and risk stakeholders to drive decision-making
