Head of Data Strategy and Platform

About the role

The Head of Data Strategy and Platform, SCB India is accountable for defining and executing the country's data strategy, data architecture roadmap, data governance framework, and enterprise data platform build-out. The role will lead the establishment of a modern, scalable, secure and compliant data ecosystem that supports regulatory reporting, business intelligence, advanced analytics, AI innovation, automation and sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Data Strategy and Transformation
• Define and execute the India Data Strategy aligned to business objectives, Group Data Strategy and regulatory expectations
• Establish a long-term roadmap for data architecture, governance, platform modernisation and data-driven innovation
• Partner with business, functional and technology leaders to identify strategic data capabilities required to support growth, productivity and transformation
• Champion data as a strategic asset and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
