About the role

Leads the team to identify opportunities for AI and Machine Learning aligned to business strategy. Champions the importance of AI and Machine Learning across the Group, influencing and educating stakeholders to leverage opportunities to create business value

What you'll do

• Lead a multi-disciplinary capability across four core strands: digital marketing; product management for agreed digital features; analytics and BI engineering
• Own strategic data analytics, insight and reporting for agreed Business Banking priorities
• Drive digital marketing operations and growth across retail or financial services use cases, including performance marketing, SEO, website effectiveness
• Shape segmentation, personalisation and audience strategy by translating client, behavioural and performance data into targeted activity that improves relevance
• Lead change on specific digital features through strong product management discipline, working with business, technology and delivery partners to prioritise
