• Establish and lead the EDO Global Competency Center operating model
• Create scalable delivery teams that support all EDO pillars
• Drive execution consistency through common processes, standards, and delivery practices
• Ensure alignment of GCC resources to strategic EDO priorities and roadmaps
• Lead enterprise-scale delivery planning across multiple portfolios and initiatives
