Head of Engineering - Blade Production

About the role

This position will lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence, quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards. The role is responsible for driving process innovation, managing technical documentation, implementing new production lines and technologies, leading maintenance operations, and developing high-performing engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency
• Drive the introduction of new products, production lines, material changes, and manufacturing technologies
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry Best Practices
• Develop and standardize work methods, process instructions, and manufacturing standards

What you need

• 15–18 yrs of experience
