About the role

Lead the complete New Product Development (NPD/NPI) lifecycle from technical and commercial feasibility through prototype development and mass production. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across: Hydraulics Optimize hydraulic systems, including pump, motor, control valves, and cylinders , for power-on-demand performance.

What you'll do

• Lead the complete New Product Development (NPD/NPI) lifecycle from technical and commercial feasibility through prototype development and mass production
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across: Hydraulics
• Optimize hydraulic systems, including pump, motor, control valves, and cylinders , for power-on-demand performance
• Oversee integration of high-voltage battery packs, PMSM motors, and vehicle controllers
• Ensure chassis and heavy structures such as mainframe, boom, arm, bucket, and track frame are optimized for electric drivetrain weight distribution
