Head of Finance & Accounts

About the role

Looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in Finance. They should be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and have an investigative nature. They are someone who will assist the leadership team with decision making about policy and strategy. Also oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial planning.

What you'll do

• Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
• Define the future structure of Finance and Accounting for the company
• Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures
• Review Sales/Operations/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain) on inter dependencies
