Head of Finance Business Partnering, Operations & Technology

About the role

As Tide continues to grow across multiple markets, strong financial management is essential to helping us scale responsibly, profitably and sustainably. As our Head of FP&A, you will serve as a core strategic Finance Business Partner to multiple leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Partner with Leadership: Act as the key finance business partner to Product & Engineering, Member Ops, Risk & Fraud, and Enablement area leaders, shaping strategic
• Drive Business Cases & Investment Funding: Design and build business cases for Member Ops investments and fraud/risk prevention tooling
• Lead Capacity & Workforce Planning: Lead capacity modeling and workforce strategies, balancing trade-offs across stakeholders while aligning to finance and SLA targets
• Set Budgets & Target Efficiency: Set budget parameters and efficiency targets across operational teams
• Manage Commercials & Vendors: Execute the commercial review framework for Member Ops vendors alongside procurement, managing contract structures, renegotiations

What you need
