What you'll do

• Develop and execute financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the Rail industry
• Manage and supervise the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance evaluation to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring their accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards
• Analyze financial data, identify key trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and ensure the financial stability of the organization
