About the role

A successful Applicant should be: CA or MBA from a top-tier institute with strong academic credentials Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance functions, including: Controllership, Business finance, FP&A Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance processes in a growing organization Highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the appetite to play a key role in taking a startup from growth to scale

What you'll do

• Lead the end to end finance for a growing company
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively
