About the role

Job Summary :- This is a key role within the Country (India) with the primary responsibility of supporting the Area Financial Controller EMAK and the Country Manager India, in providing business analysis and financial planning and analysis, and support to the Division and Area Management. This position heads the Finance Function for Structural Heart for India & Subcontinent.

What you'll do

• Manage LBE process, providing guidance to the team in preparation and timely submission of LBEs and LBECs in close coordination with General Manager
• Overseeing the month closing process and guide the team to ensure effective management of the processes
• Manage and enhance the various types of monthly/Quarterly reports related to Revenue, Margins, ASPs, product mix Region-wise
• Overseeing the P&L of SH ISC business
• Reviewing the employee incentive calculation on quarterly basis for the Sales team prepared by the team
