Head of Growth

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Head of Performance Marketing & User Acquisition to lead paid growth, scale user acquisition, and drive measurable business outcomes in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling performance marketing budgets significantly, building structured creative-testing systems, and optimising campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end performance marketing and user acquisition strategy , including campaign architecture, channel selection, audience targeting, bidding, and optimisation
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads , and other relevant platforms, including gaming-specific networks and affiliate channels
• Develop and execute strategies to scale acquisition budgets substantially while maintaining sustainable CPI, ROAS, retention, and user-quality benchmarks
• Build structured creative-testing frameworks covering concept development, hooks, formats, messaging, audience variations, and clear kill-or-scale criteria
• Analyse campaign performance, user cohorts, retention trends, conversion rates, and return on ad spend to guide growth decisions
