About the role

Reporting to the head of supply chain you will: Own and govern the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process. We're looking for someone who has: Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP) processes.

What you'll do

  • Reporting to the head of supply chain you will: Own and govern the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process
  • Lead monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive IBP meetings
  • Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments
  • Develop and continuously improve IBP governance, policies, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop a consensus demand plan
