The Head Of India Electronic Centre is responsible for establishing and scaling a strategic offshore engineering hub supporting the Appliance Electronics & Platforms organization.

What you'll do

• Define the center’s operating model, capabilities, and growth roadmap in alignment with global engineering priorities
• Ensure the organization scales efficiently while maintaining strong engineering quality and delivery performance
• Govern Vendor and Partner Delivery Supervise the relationship with the technology consulting partner hosting the engineering teams
• Ensure delivery commitments, engineering quality standards, and productivity expectations are consistently met
• Drive transparent governance mechanisms covering performance, staffing levels, delivery outcomes, and financial efficiency
