About the role

Head - International Direct Tax Define and execute global corporate tax strategy, including structuring, reorganizations, and ETR optimization You have a proven track record in handling complex tax issues within a global group.

What you'll do

• Lead post-merger integration (PMI) activities, aligning new entities with group tax policies and governance
• Advise business units on tax implications of market expansion and new service offerings
• Act as the key point of contact for international subsidiaries on corporate tax matters
• Manage tax audits and relationships with foreign tax authorities, developing effective defense strategies
• Ensure global corporate tax compliance and consistency across jurisdictions
