About the role

Structure and negotiate carbon offtake agreements, ERPAs, streaming arrangements, and forward purchase contracts. Represent the organization with investors, industry forums, and key external stakeholders. Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing complex investment transactions. Experience negotiating commercial agreements, term sheets, investment documentation, and financing structures.

What you'll do

  • Shape investment strategy in high-growth emerging markets
  • Lead climate finance transactions with global impact
  • Develop and execute project and corporate capital strategies, including debt, equity, blended finance, and carbon-linked financing structures
  • Build and manage relationships with impact investors, DFIs, climate funds, institutional investors, and strategic partners
  • Lead transaction origination, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and financial close activities
