Head of Investor Relations

About the role

The Head of Investor Relations (IR) will be responsible for shaping Berachain’s narrative to institutional investors, managing external communications related to the BERA token, and leading strategic investor engagements globally. You will act as the bridge between the core team and the investor ecosystem, ensuring alignment, clarity, and trust.

What you'll do

• Investor Positioning & Communication
• Own the development of investor materials: pitch decks, token reports, ecosystem updates, and FAQs
• Deliver clear, consistent, and compliant messaging to institutional investors across all channels
• Investor Engagement & Roadshows
• Lead global investor roadshows, virtual briefings, and 1:1 meetings to educate and onboard both crypto-native and traditional investors
