Head of Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of Lead Generation to build, manage, and scale high-performing lead generation operations. With cold calling as your primary focus, you will combine practical sales expertise with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound professionals.

What you'll do

• As Head of Lead Generation, you will oversee both the day-to-day execution and the strategic development of outbound activities
• Conduct B2B cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Lead, train, and coach the cold-calling team, supporting new team members and improving overall call quality and performance
• Develop and refine the lead generation strategy, establish clear objectives, and optimize existing workflows
• Manage and expand additional outbound channels, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and paid advertising
