About the role

The Invesco Legal Team in Hyderabad provides comprehensive legal services for our global organization in partnership with attorney teams in other regions and specialized legal services in support of our Hyderabad office. We leverage our extensive legal expertise, technology, and collaborative principles to deliver impactful solutions and insights.

What you'll do

• In addition to providing leadership and strategic legal support, the role requires a hands‑on, day‑to‑day advisory role for IIPL
• Equally, the Head of Legal, India Entity will work to ensure alignment with functional managers on strategic initiatives and operational excellence
• It should be noted that this is not a traditional people-manager role given the team’s connection to their functional managers
• Partner closely with functional managers to ensure a consistent approach to goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, development discussions
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with the local HR team and functional managers
