What you'll do

  • Reporting to the MD you will: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Establish service procedures, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor service KPIs, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction levels
  • Support field service teams in resolving critical technical issues
  • Act as the highest escalation point for technical issues
