What you'll do

• Lead our M&S operations & teams located in Hyderabad Hub (400+)
• Work in collaboration with M&S Global leadership, functions (for Quality, Quality Control, Supply Chain, MSAT, HSE, Engineering, GDPU etc.)
• Responsible for the ownership and oversight of processes being delivered from Hyderabad Hub including strategic vision, process KPI’s, documentation
• Ensure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient…
• Ensure timely processing of investigations, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
