Head of Operations / COO | Leading Sustainable Manufacturing Org

About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board and leadership team, the role will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple facilities while building the operational capabilities required to support rapid growth.

What you'll do

• Leading multi-plant manufacturing operations with full accountability for performance, productivity, quality, safety, and cost
• Driving operational excellence initiatives focused on asset utilization, throughput improvement, yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cost optimization
• Establishing world-class operating standards, governance processes, and audit-ready systems
• Overseeing manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, utilities, quality, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management
• Driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs across the organization
