About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Strong experience in operations & risk within the brokerage industry. A solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements. Confidence working with regulators and external stakeholders. A senior role in the brokerage industry based in Mumbai. Opportunity to lead and shape market operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee smooth functioning of operations across all segments, including BOD, Intraday, and EOD activities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes
• Drive process automation, system enhancements, and operational transformation initiatives
• Manage CTCL and Algo ID activations as per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with SEBI, auditors, inspectors, and other Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs)
