What you'll do

• Work directly with entrepreneurs and investors with significant ownership
• Evaluate investment opportunities across unlisted, pre-IPO, and secondary market transactions
• Source and screen potential investment opportunities through industry relationships and market networks
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment frameworks
• Conduct commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Financial modelling
• Investment banking
• Valuation
• Excel
• Due diligence
• Negotiation
• Chartered Accountant or CFA
