Head of People & Culture

About the role

As our Head of People & Culture, you’ll own the people function end to end as we scale across the US and India. This is a hands-on, high ownership role for a builder. You’ll define how we hire, how we’re organized, and how it feels to work here. Hiring at pace without dropping the bar is the immediate mandate.

What you'll do

• BUILD AND RUN OUR HIRING ENGINE
• Own talent acquisition end to end across engineering, research, and GTM, including strategy, sourcing, pipeline, process, and the hiring bar
• Scale hiring quickly without sacrificing quality, and manage the recruiters, agencies, and tooling that make that possible
• DESIGN THE ORG AND KEEP IT COHERENT
• Own org design, leveling, and workforce planning as we grow. Keep roles, reporting lines
