About the role

As a Director of Product at PhonePe Invest, you will own and drive the roadmap for our PhonePe Invest products catering to for first time investors to seasoned traders. This is a hard but interesting product and design problem. You're working with regulated financial products, real money, and a spectrum of users that runs from a first-time investor buying their first stock to an active trader running F&O strategies.

What you'll do

• Define a portfolio product strategy from first principles that becomes the org’s reference point; drives multi-pod execution and measurable portfolio outcomes
• Identify and deliver multiple Annual Operating Plan-shaping bets; consistently make correct profitability vs growth calls across portfolio
• Design pod-level org structure and capability plan that materially increases throughput and quality; shape cross-functional Hiring AOP with high accuracy

What you need
