About the role

You will head a dedicated team focused on improving the engineering processes within Wind Power and the PLM process mandate. By optimizing and automating processes, and leveraging effective tools and systems, the team plays a crucial role in supporting the overall mission of Siemens Energy. Who is Siemens Energy?

What you'll do

• Manage a team of managers and individual contributors that develop, maintain and improve PLM engineering processes, including the use of tools and systems
• Provide process expertise and support to solve TE platform and module pain points and improve ways of working
• Bring leadership expertise to the TS leadership team and help drive the Technology Services’ mission
• Contribute to making TE more efficient by improving how we work – with strong focus on business value and productivity

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
