About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Lead to oversee academic delivery, support staff and students, and ensure high-quality teaching across our programmes in Mumbai. This is a face-to-face leadership role requiring strong academic expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to an outstanding student experience.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of assigned programmes and modules, ensuring academic quality and consistency
• Support and supervise lecturers and associate staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, assessment, and student engagement
• Oversee curriculum delivery, update teaching materials, and ensure compliance with programme specifications
• Manage assessment processes, including setting, moderating, verifying, and ensuring timely feedback
• Monitor student performance, engagement, and progression, addressing concerns and signposting support where appropriate
