Head of Programs

About the role

This role will ask you to shape how student leadership can become an integral part of government school systems across India. For over a decade, we have worked with schools to build student agency, leadership, and life skills through a model that has reached 1 million students. We are looking for someone who wants to help build that future.

What you'll do

• Shape the future of our programs
• Design and strengthen program strategy that enables scale without compromising quality
• Build systems and processes that help programs become more effective year after year
• Identify opportunities to innovate, experiment, and improve our model
• Build deep government partnerships

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Teaching
• Communication
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹20 L–₹25 L a year
