About the role

Reporting to the Head of Projects (Construction), you will: Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through Commercial Operation Date (COD). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline; MBA/Master's preferred.

What you'll do

  • Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery while meeting quality and contractual commitments
  • Own project P&L, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and commercial performance
  • Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans to achieve project milestones
  • Manage EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee contract administration, claims management, risk mitigation, and commercial negotiations
