Demonstrated success scaling revenue in early-stage or growth-stage organisations. Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.

What you'll do

• Build GTM for a fast-growing AI startup
• Own revenue, ARR, and overall commercial performance
• Develop and execute the company's go-to-market strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
• Build scalable acquisition channels through outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales motions
• Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales conversion performance
