Head of Sales/Chief Sales Officer/Director Sales - EMS/ODM/Engineering

About the role

The ideal candidate has a good mix of EMS, ODM, Engineering and has been stable in sales roles Entrepreneurial, co-founder attitude to drive the growth of the company and achieve topline targets Deep OEM relationships built over time, in the core EMS/ODM space to bring that network Global exposure to multiple regions as the company will have customers/operations in multiple geographies

What you'll do

• Lead a high-growth business with global expansion ambitions
• Own strategic CXO relationships across top-tier customers
• Lead the company's global sales strategy and support ambitious long-term growth objectives
• Drive customer acquisition and expansion across automotive and related industry segments
• Lead complex, multi-year deal pursuits from opportunity creation through closure
